Sexteto Visceral will be performing on the occasion of its European Tour 2018, featuring its last album "Milonga de mis amores".
In activity since 2011, Sexteto Visceral is one of the most outstanding groups of the current tango scene in Buenos Aires. Its sound synthesizes several of the fundamental styles integrated under a new conceptual and aesthetic view, with a great respect for the interpretation of the genre. It is distinguished by the virtuosity of its musicians and the intensity of its performings.
We will be enjoying a program composed of notable works by the most emblematic authors of the tango history: Troilo, Pugliese, D'Arienzo, Piazzolla and Salgán, among others.
The group has six typical instruments of tango, and at the same time an almost unprecedented formation of soloist sextet in which none of them is repeated, giving creative freedom and personality to each member in their role. In addition, it counts on the quality of interpretation of the singer Hernán Fernández.
Currently, the group has three released albums: Mordiendo el suelo (2013), Champagne Tango (2015) and Milonga de mis amores (2017). It has been extensively involved in the milongas and theaters circle in Buenos Aires and has been chosen as the main act at the International Tango Festivals in Edinburgh, Toulouse, Bormes-les-Mimosas and Zurich.
